When you are ready to have a construction cost estimation for your new home, you will meet with our Principal Director in order to discuss the elements and technicalities of your home. It is important to note that each area, region and suburb can alter the cost estimation of your home, due to differing rules and regulations for the particular area you plan to build in. Our Principal Director will then organise soil tests for your property, structural engineering documentations and energy rating assessments.

These all contribute to the final preparation of your fixed price construction quotation. Once the construction cost has been agreed upon, we will then apply for a building permit on your behalf, and your new home will be merely a few steps from being built.
