Chosen Homes is a joint venture company with Generation Builders making the process from permits and drawings to construction seamless and efficient. Once you have received your building design documentation, agreed on your construction cost and have your building permit ready, we can start our construction process on your custom home. In order to commence construction, we will prepare a Housing Industry Association (HIA) contract and building specification document together with our partner builder, Generation Builders. Once this has been signed off, our builders will begin the physical construction of your home.At each stage of the construction process, you will receive regular updates from the Chosen Homes team, depending on the size of your custom home. The average turnaround for a single storey custom home is 16-20 weeks and upon completion, we will hand you the keys to your brand new, custom-built home.
